Apple - Fires employees based on toxic posts (Poll)

I do not see many Apple employees on Blind. I've barely seen any complaints about their culture on online platforms, but I hear a lot of complaints in person. Does Apple penalize/fire their employees for posting bad about their company on Blind? Is Wlb as bad as Amazon?

How would they link the comment on blind to the employee?

Financial Services Company Hajx63 Jan 9, 2022

They can buy info from blind

Google dogfoodie Jan 9, 2022

That would violate their privacy policy and there is no evidence this is happening in the first place.

How can they fire someone who is anonymous?

I know who you are

I know an apple employee who called for netanyahu to be [redacted] on Twitter and nothing happened to him

Missing option. Thereā€™s no relationship at all here and OP is working too hard to fine one.

Microsoft TCorGTFOšŸ‘®šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø Jan 9, 2022

Blind said they have a proprietary algorithm that guarantees anonymity. They donā€™t even know userā€™s Blind account matching with the corp email

If you think apple fires their employees you have zero attachment to reality. We donā€™t hire people to fire them or meet some quota. Good luck with your focus and pip company.

Microsoft PeanuttšŸ„œ OP Jan 9, 2022

The problem is that a lot of information about Apple's policies aren't openly available on online platforms.

Apple NIoR10 Jan 9, 2022

The problem is you donā€™t know how to use a search function and or are oblivious to reality because nobody on here has ever has the same impression as you. Not sure which.

Apple employees are working so hard that they do not have time to log onto blind.

This is dumb

Something fishy is going on there. I had 7 onsite rounds and never heard back from the recruiter. I am worried if he's still alive. Maybe he leaked some secret and they made him silent.

Because we donā€™t sell userā€™s info to make money and are very happy with the products that we make. It makes me proud whenever family or relatives or friends say how awesome their experiences have been with our products. And we get tons of requests to order stuff at a discount for them. Be it iPhone or mac or iPad or AirPods or watch they are all very well made and integrated. I donā€™t think I would feel the same kind of satisfaction improving ads on a service.

Microsoft šŸ’€ā›³ļø Jan 9, 2022

Former šŸŽ here. Can confirm.

Microsoft PeanuttšŸ„œ OP Jan 9, 2022

But my apple friends tell me that they cannot order new products at a discount. The products usually show up 1 year after the launch which becomes useless. Is it true?
