Apple - Fires employees based on toxic posts (Poll)
I do not see many Apple employees on Blind. I've barely seen any complaints about their culture on online platforms, but I hear a lot of complaints in person. Does Apple penalize/fire their employees for posting bad about their company on Blind? Is Wlb as bad as Amazon?

Blind said they have a proprietary algorithm that guarantees anonymity. They donāt even know userās Blind account matching with the corp email
If you think apple fires their employees you have zero attachment to reality. We donāt hire people to fire them or meet some quota. Good luck with your focus and pip company.
The problem is that a lot of information about Apple's policies aren't openly available on online platforms.
The problem is you donāt know how to use a search function and or are oblivious to reality because nobody on here has ever has the same impression as you. Not sure which.

Something fishy is going on there. I had 7 onsite rounds and never heard back from the recruiter. I am worried if he's still alive. Maybe he leaked some secret and they made him silent.
Because we donāt sell userās info to make money and are very happy with the products that we make. It makes me proud whenever family or relatives or friends say how awesome their experiences have been with our products. And we get tons of requests to order stuff at a discount for them. Be it iPhone or mac or iPad or AirPods or watch they are all very well made and integrated. I donāt think I would feel the same kind of satisfaction improving ads on a service.
