Apple Days in Office Changing?
Hi I was wondering if any #apple folks had insight into whether 3 days in office is the norm and going to stay that way or if there is a likelihood it will increase to 4 or 5. I’m deciding between offers and I dislike commuting so this is a factor for me.
My department was working 3 days in office and 2 days WFH even before the pandemic. 🤷♂️

They’re going to ask people to go back to the office since Apple is a very secretive company.

Right now, it’s 3 days in office, however, there have been crack downs on badging in on those RTO days. I wouldn’t be surprised if Apple said the hybrid pilot isn’t working and return to 5 days RTO. The executive team is extremely deaf tone in regards to its employees.
Hmm, let’s see. Is Apple profitable? Is it a leader in the industry? Does it attract good talent? Looks like the crystal ball points towards the answer “no, they will RTO 5 days a week”.
