Finished interview with apple and expecting an offer for Austin location. Assuming I ACE’d the interview, what is the title/band and salary I can expect in terms of base, rsu, joining bonus and relocation. I know apple RSUs vests over 4 yrs, but what are yearly merit increases, bonus, RSU refreshes like, if I were a strong performer. In general, what is difference in TC for cupertino vs Austin location? Is it a whole lot or a general ~10%? @Apple @Austin @ASIC @Verification

Did you get an offer from Apple?
Not yet
TC difference is more like ~15%, based on other posts. Expect IC4. Though, COL difference is north of 25%. Do you have an offer?
What is COL diff? I didnt get an offer yet. But do u knw what TC and its breakup to expect for IC4.
COL= Cost of Living. My guess is a TC of 200k will be good! Do share some details
Good luck with the offer. Keep us updated. I m applying to jobs there too..
are you staff or senior staff at Qualcomm ?
Just promoted to sr staff last TRR
you should be making 200k+ in san diego now. target for 240k i believe
@randomegr: 200k TC seems to be way less than my expectations... @apple IC4 folks, is that what it is like in Austin for 12+ yoe?
Seems like refreshers every year bump up the TC so and COL of 20% should land your initial offer in 200-220, including yearly bonus. Keep us posted if it is more/less.
Do you have offers from other places?
There is another thread in blind where they are discussing Cupertino salary. That held help you figure out Austin numbers. Just reduce 10 to 20 percent.. Even then you can probably have a better life in Austin..
Which thread ?
220-230tc
Guess folks on blind have been very busy or perhaps tired of responsing questions like these. Folks @Apple, please help.
