I got offer in design validation (DFT). Apple: San diego: 220k + 600k + bonus Recruiter told it is ICT5. How to confirm this level? Looks offer letter doesn’t show level. YoE:16
No way to find out. Numbers could be the indicator but Apple range is quite huge to believe just numbers alone. Probably current Apple folks can validate this statement

Interested to know if you’re joining from startup or a bigger established semiconductor company ? And dis it have any impact in negotiations or interviews ?
Currently on startup but worked at QCOM, one of the FAANG before. Interview will not have impact for startup folks but definitely package. That’s the sad part.
