You can ask for better stocks
Stock grant is lower on average compared to G and FB for Apple SWE org. A lot higher for Siri and Services org. You can try to negotiate if you have competing offers. Aside from that and sign on, pretty solid base. You’ll get good refreshers, and path to senior promotion will be “easier” than at other companies (except FB).
