Received an offer for ICT4. Base: 190K RSU: 250K (over 4 years) Sign-on: 60K Location: Cupertino YOE: 9+ Role: SRE Is this a good offer for Apple? Is there any room for negotiation?
Which location and is it in SWE? That’s a pretty strong offer even for Bay Area. RSU could be slightly higher probably.
Role is SRE and location is Cupertino

I asked for 200K base - recruiter is working on it. But not yet finalized. But rec said RSUs are already at max. For higher value it has to be submitted for further approvals.
