Apple IS&T
I got a verbal offer from Apple IS&T. I am reading negative reviews mostly about this org in Blind/Glassdoor/Quora. Just want your opinions on this group. Also, if I were to reject the offer is it better if I reject it before getting official offer letter or after getting it considering joining Apple in the future for other orgs. Offered TC: 200k

I interviewed for the IS&T and the team seem desperate for someone to come in and clean up their mess. I’d stay away.

It depends on the team. That is an enormous org within apple. Blaming such a vast org based on few reviews in unfair. They develop almost most of the apple apps that are used in the retail store, by apple employees and also develop some of the apple device applications. See and talk to the team, you will get an idea. And go with what your gut says. TC is almost same across all orgs in apple.

There was a recent article about how shitty IS&T is. I would avoid like the plague. It’s run by shitty contractors. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Lol. IS&T is the worst, full of TCS and Infosys converts. Poor engineering, bad managers, get treated like a slave and worst culture no matter which team you go to.
OP, does the “iPhone operations products team” comes under the IS&T umbrella?
