Apple India performance bonus and stock refresher timeline
I am considering an offer from Apple. For India, when is the review (which months)? Is there any specific number of months that I need work for to be eligible for performance bonus and stock refreshers? MSFT TC: 48 LPA, 7 YOE Yet to receive apple numbers.
It’s in September and April is cutoff. Even if you join in April you’ll most likely be rated too new to evaluate. Negotiate on TC expecting no hike this year
Hey, thanks! So if I join in May, I will not get any refreshers? Meaning the TC would remain same till Sept 2025? Is the perf bonus prorated based on number of months worked?
Yes it will be sept 2025. If you join in may you won’t get performance bonus also. No monetary benefit in this review just your manager will give you an hour talk ;)
By the way is it ICT3 or ICT4?
I don't know. Let me ask the recruiter. The job posting says 5+ YOE is needed and does not mention a level. What do you think is the appropriate level for a 7 YOE?
IC4 it should be. ICT3 won’t give you great hike on your current TC

Even witj this it will be very minimum or rated too new to evaluate. Better op negotiate more considering this
Yes. Right. That’s why I said- eligible only. It will be minimum or zero that makes sense too.
