I’m a creative director with 13 yoe. I’ve found a creative agency in Europe. I sold it a few years ago and joined Snap. For the last 2,5 years, I have been leading the creative team in Snap AR, Spectacles, and Global Business Marketing. Ouch…. Marcom is a pretty toxic workplace to be in. I worked very close with them, and currently work with 2 ex-Marcom people in my new company, and all of us agree the experience with that org is pretty bad…
