Apple RSU refresher??
Hi, i got offer as below 180k base 160k initial RSU 65k signing bonus 10% cash yearly bonus Recruiter told me that the RSU refresher is based on my base and performance. If I get a good review for the refresher, how much % rsu refresher can be expected??
RSU sounds low to me. 160/ 4 years? Or 160/ year?

Apple’s refreshers are pretty high. 10% bonus and RSU is low. Base is good. Signing is great. Overall okay offer
For ICT4, like 60-75% of base for good reviews (5/6 or 6/6). 80%+ if you’re tagged as key talent or something.

Expect very low refresher in first year. So bargain more.
Apple refresh is AWESOME
Not in the first year as far as I know from the people who have joined.
