The Spotify & Apple app store + Apple Music story makes me wonder where Apple really draws the line on their cut of revenue. From what I gather, companies like Uber and Amazon don't have to pay because they involve physical goods and services that are (1) fulfilled outside the app and (2) do not use Apple's in-app payment service. So this sounds clear-cut to me. Question: What are examples of other apps / services that are *borderline* and don't have to pay? (Public domain info please -- I won't look good in an orange jumpsuit!)
Or Skype (for eg. when paying to calling international landlines from the iOS app),

Does Netflix?
I don't know. Or YouTubeTV, PlayStation Vue, Hulu, etc.?
Yeah they do have to pay 30% if you subscribe from within the app
