Apple fertility benefits
Hello, I'm evaluating joining apple from meta, but would like to hear about what fertility benefits are like? At Meta, we get 4 cycles from Progyny covering freezing, ivf, etc.. TC 410 #apple

Well I am disappointed. My wife worked at Microsoft. While she was there we both did IVF and made a dozen embryos. And did a transfer and now have a baby with lots of eggs ready to go still. I don’t even understand the Apple benefit. Microsoft was thru progeny. It looks like Apple does it directly through your Health care provider you get up to 35,000 combined lifetime maximum. And tissue storage only up to 24 months??? And elective cryopreservation in tissue storage unrelated to medical condition is not covered but can be submitted for a reimbursement????? I don’t even know what that means but it sounds like women can’t just freeze their eggs because so confused. I attached a pic.
Yeah it’s trash. It’s part of the reason I thought twice about joining. The 35k max can be swooped up in 1 egg retrieval .
What is this IVF thing? I am sorry for being so naive.
