I am a Master's new grad and I am in the last stages of interviewing with Apple. I have an offer from another company and would like to know what TC to expect from Apple. The team is based in Cupertino and Austin. If selected, I believe I can choose my preferred location. Can anyone who joined Apple recently as a new grad share your TC? I would like to know for both Cupertino and Austin. Update: Sw - Core OS org #Apple #Newgrad #Cupertino #Austin
120 base for hw . 150 tc
Thank you. Any idea about sw?
Roughly the same. A friend had 120 base before negotiation, then leadership lowered it to 115. I didn’t believe him first lol.
HW or SW?
Sw - Core OS Org
In terms of recent offers I've seen from the other interns/new grads, base has ranged from 120K-170K and stocks between 50K-140K. All in Bay Area and all in HWE or HWT. I'm a soon to be MS grad with a few YOE prior as well + former intern and offer I received was in that range above. Offers can vary depending on team, how well you did on interviews, and competing offers you have. 120 Base/150 TC number mentioned above is like minimum offered to MS grad in HW (ICT2). One person I know got that offer, but was recent MS grad w/ no YOE, no competing offers+ team wouldn't negotiate. Ideally, since you are SW, you should be getting higher.
YOE? Is this ICT2 or ICT3?
Just graduated with a master's degree. Have relevant 4 YOE before masters. Not sure if ICT2 or ICT3. If you can share for both/either that would be helpful.
You should ask. I know someone had ICT3 last December, similar background. But it might be impossible now, who knows.
Tc 140k
Can I DM for interview experience? I have an interview next week and not sure what to prepare.

Do you mind sharing how you got the interviews? Cold apply? Ghc? Recruiter reach out?
Reached out to recruiter in LinkedIn and he passed on my resume to multiple relevant teams.
Thanks for the response! Did you reach out to them with a specific role or you sent the resume and said you are open to any new grad roles?
