It’s an awesome offer tbh. Haven’t seen many in the ballpark especially not having Google or phd on resume. Take it - you won’t regret. As for TC - at this level - it will depend on stock growth so go with the company you believe has most potential.
What’s the breakout? I’m surprise you got a 5 offer to be honest. ML scientist without a PhD usually don’t. You should also factor in the refresh if you haven’t already.
