Apple or Google??
I recently joined Apple. Work-Life balance is not great but not too bad either. Love the work, team etc. Google finally comes back with team match after 10 months of waiting. GCP org which has good growth opportunities. Better TC & perks at Google but the layoff scene is not great. What should I do? Quit apple & go to Google or stay at Apple for job security? I don’t have final TC at Google yet. I am at L5 at apple which is L6 at Google. TC at Apple: 600k TC at Google: ~700k
