Apple recruiter not responding to emails after 1st round
I had a first round interview with Apple Maps for a BI analyst about two weeks ago. I thought the interview went well.. Hiring manager said I should hear from the recruiter within a week. But no response from recruiter even after follow up emails. Should I try contacting the recruiter again or assume that I didn't get the job? I see many similar stories in other posts but none saying if they were eventually contacted. Please advise. TC - 100K #apple
They contacted me after 2 weeks of first round, initially I thought they had ghosted me but they came back.

The recruiter did get back to me almost a month after the interview. Unfortunately, I didn't get the role. Thank you everyone for providing your input.
Just move on. If you have been ghosted, it means they rejected you. It’s not right, but that’s how everyone behaves nowadays.
Not necessarily. I thought the same thing and it just happened that the hiring manager is traveling so she has not scheduled interviews, and the internal recruiter is too inept to update me after first phone screening. I thought I was ghosted but when I called, the recruiter said he was still waiting for the hiring manager to schedule. Bunch of idiots thought .
