Apple refresh

I’ve been seeing a lot of questions on Apple Refresh. I’m new here and I was wondering what an Apple refresh is? How much would an ICT3 get? Will that be something explicit in the offer letter or everyone gets by default? How often will one get it?

Do you get it after your yearly performance review? Who decides this? Does it vest over a period of 4 years too?

Yes annual vest over 4 yrs

You need to specify which org as well. Not all orgs have the same refreshers.

when is that usually happening? the reviews, salary raises and refreshes, is there a specific month for the entire organization or it depends on when you joined? thanks

ICT3 In HW ive heard go from as low as 50k all the way up to 90k

The recruiter just told me - conservatively 60k and 80k on the higher end.
