Seems like Apple will be the only company without massive layoffs. Due to their conservative hiring processes. What u folks think? #tech

Bro, they lowball the most on offers among FAANG, benefits are expensive, and low 401K match. No free food. Most valley startups will comp you better than Apple.
It’s a software-second company (hardware-first) that has conservative approach to basically everything they do, including product launches, work life balance culture, and top-down mandates for just about everything. That culture certainly has its advantages, lots of disadvantages too depending on perspective, but I would say it is an equivalent experience.
By far apple has the the more boring tech, worked at apple and Microsoft both
