Apple vs Broadcom vs Intel in hardware

A friend of mine got an offer from Apple, Broadcom and intel. Intel is in Santa Clara, Apple is in Cupertino and Broadcom is in Irvine location. They are all in hardware. He has master with 5 years experience. He had an verbal offer from Apple and Broadcom but no number yet, but his offer from intel is 230K. What would you guys recommend in terms of wlb, prestige and potential for growth? How much can he expect from Broadcom and Apple? #Tech
