Applying through Workday is painful
Almost considering just not applying to any company that uses Workday. Is this a mobile number or a fax? Will companies actually fax me back? Why am I putting information on gender and race if you can't use that for hiring anyway? TC 220

Uber and google hr platform are black hole. You never know what happened to applications. No rejection email timely Uber wipes out application in a day

Having them on the application is a conversation in itself. Mostly just annoyed at all the bloat in these applications. Should just be a resume upload and eligibility questions imo

Amazon read all. It is very easy to identify whether your application is rejected in amazon Trick is if your application gets - - In location or other core information then that means application rejected.
There are better platforms out there, I have no idea why workday doesn't try to copy them, at the very least! It's sh*t and is everywhere unfortunately!
Twitters is my gold standard. A few others are super clean too

Workday is bad on the recruiting side. A ton of companies use WD for HCM but do not buy their recruiting module because it doesn't work.... Not to blow my own horn here, but Oracle Recruiting Cloud, next gen Taleo, is pretty solid.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 I like Lever followed by Smart Recruiters. Lever is ❤️. Application submitted in 10s But never got a call back for interviews from company which uses smart recruiters. Workday , Sap Hr platform are shitty and trash
