Applying thru workday

I’ve been applying lately to a bunch of SWE jobs, and most of them I applied through companies’ Workday system but pretty much from all these applied through Workday applications I’ve been getting rejections. Does workday app somehow filters resumes based on keywords or something? I have 3 last positions as a Senior Software Engineer and not sure why I keep getting those rejection emails.
