Genesys makes garbage software with garbage interfaces. Avaya is 100x better, and still not that great. A Coding Bootcamp intern could re-create Genesys’s platform in about two weeks. Completely lacking basic features such as the ability to select I/O devices, proper agent tracking, and the software crashes daily.
Thanks for your response. I dint care for the product quality as such. That is what customers have to think before buying. Was curious if you have any idea how well they pay?
Genesys is better than Avaya by far. Genesys just doesn’t pay well. Getting 200K TC is rare at Genesys. Genesys is the best CS software—period. They are multi cloud, small teams with great WLB. The pay is the only issue.
