Architect position at Zillow Group
I have a verbal from Zillow Group for an IT Architect position. Any ideas as to what level it would be and TC I can expect? Yoe - 10+ Interviews went very well.
Thanks. I think it is P5 in Seattle. Are the RSU's refreshed every year? What abt sign on bonus and relocation?
They add more RSUs and increase salary after year review, the sign on bonus is split in 2, no idea about the relocation

Isn't that stock grant amount, RSUs over 4 years? How can that be totally counted towards TC?
After further conversations it definitely appears to be a P6 position. Any insights into how much I should expect?

I didnt get the offer yet. But apparently the base could be north of 200K

I sure will....just wanna get some insights on the same. I am thinking 220K base | 250K RSUs 4 yrs | 100K sign on split into 2.
