At AWS they are free (as mentioned 50% discount and expense the rest) . Cloud guru is also free. You can also expense udemy prep test

That’s why u r in oracle, always ask employers, since it’s is part of job. Never waste your money doing online courses if you are experienced. Save this money give it poor or spend on traveling
Nothing is free. It usually depends on the manager. Most managers will approve it if you make it as a part of your career development plan.
