Are any ethical companies hiring rn?

I was about to apply to Okta...until I saw the horrible reviews here. I came from Meta layoffs in May. Will take a pay cut to be treated with dignity and be in a healthy environment...but maybe it's not possible to find in this market? I was an IC4 at Meta but gunning for my IC5 promo. #marketing #pmm #pmc
