Hey all, I’ve been in tech for 5 years and heavily debating leaving the industry. I’m a women on the spectrum and I’ve been dealing with heavy corporate politics in my current role for most of my time here. In the process of interviewing and at this point I don’t know if every company will be more of the same. Any thoughts? TC: 105k base + 30k RSUs YOE: 5 years
What industry do you think that doesn't have politics? Even if you work at McDonald's there are going to be full of drama and politics.
