It's unfortunate. India has insane levels of sexual repression in the middle and lower classes. The bottom feeders within these groups tend to aholes about sex though. They are a vocal minority though. And with a sexualized movie industry and internal access (India has high rates if porn usage), they start their shenanigans like posting cringe content and the worst take it to the physical world with their rapes. It is so disturbing. Quality education may fix the problem but it will take time, and no one is really talking about it too. Also, this is my opinion. I might be so wrong.
