Nah, this is wishful thinking
Why is it always from a no name company? Earlier it took 1 google search to find a correct solution, now it takes a few measly prompts to come up with a wrong buggy one.
No, they'll make you come to the office and do the interviews on the whiteboard like during pre-Covid days.

Nah it's not that easy for chatgpt, as someone actively interviewing, I can confirm chatgpt can't do shit. Most(maybe all) of the Hackerrank coding assessments are not possible to solve using chatgpt, even though if you are able to write the exact problem statement, chatgpt will hallucinate and write some weird code.
I invested so many hours in leetcoding for my entire career. I don’t want it to change
same shit happened in all other industries. The old guard didnt feel like changing, they aged into management, and it didnt change more shit just got stacked on top for the younger generations
