Going 10 years back in time or stay in current state but 10 years younger? The two makes helluva difference.

A big nope. I’m having a good life, I hope for more years, but don’t need to start tomorrow 10 years younger, especially not trading in my house & investments. TBH I got lucky once, no way I’d make it back in 10 years. and in any case you can always get hit by a bus tomorrow regardless of your age.
It is waste of time to control something which is not in our hand.
