Argo ai Offer and WLB
I have received an offer from Argo with a TC of $295K for SWEII. It is in the log applications org. It seems like some reviews of the company indicates good WLB and some indicates poor WLB. I’m guessing it depends on the team, so does anyone have insight in LogApps? Also, how much room do I have to negotiate? Seems like offers for my level can go up to 350K TC but not sure if this is dependent on team. Current TC 200K Yoe 2.5 #offer #argo #argoai
Break down ? It has been better WLB. Orgs are aggressively hiring. Total employee increased from 1300 to 1800 in one year.

You might need to be more patient on IPO. Not that easy money to make
What was the timeline for the on-site interview results at Argo ai ?
That’s a decent offer. But, Ask for $30k joining bonus and $20k more in base pay.
