How much max base and stocks can I expect from Arista Bangalore. YOE: 5 years

My Current TC is 40LPA. They have offered me 55 LPA.(Including Joining Bonus, Performance Bonus) But when I did the math I am not earning much because I would be joining in June and in Arista also the review happens in Nov. So I would get the performance bonus after 18 months + plus lose a big chunk of stocks and bonus in my current company. Arista TC is going to stay the same for the next 4 years.
The bit about the TC being the same for the next 4 years isn't true. Source : Have received bumps in base pay and RSU's in the almost 3 years I've been here, leading to a pretty good increase in TC The stock has been on a roll too, so can't complain there. As for performance bonus, that's not how it works. Typically, new hires get a fixed anniversary bonus they negotiate in their offer letter, received when they finish an year at Arista. If this ends up happening, say, in the middle of the year, your bonus is prorated and is based on your and the company's performance. Anyone who joins before end of September is eligible for a bonus, which are not capped by level and getting a bonus that turns out to be 25 -30 percent of your base isn't unheard of. I guess your case is specific since it seems you stand to lose RSUs in your current company.
Depends on your existing tc. Dont expect too much raise from them. They would negotiate badly

They offered me the standard offer 34base, 10L stock every year and joining & performance bonuses. I think they offer the same to most of the people

If you are from MNC then shifting to Arista becomes tough as the work is very company-centric. An experienced engineer shifting there will think twice unless the compensation is really good
What's an MNC and how is Arista not an MNC?
