Lam Research grade levels
Have an offer from Lam research for an L4 position in operations team. Need some guidance on grade levels at Lam Research. - Is L4 level equivalent to senior manager level? - What is director equivalent level at Lam? - Typically, how long does it take to move to L5 from L4? In general, how quickly do people grow to next level at Lam? - Any insights on work life balance in the supply chain team? Thanks for the help.

Depending, L4 is not senior. A level 6 is a senior manager without direct reports. And is equivalent. Lam uses a system of pay codes like 19- 30, then switches to alpha numeric ( i. e. E1 to E6 for executives).
So what level is E1? E2?
