I got an offer at asana that front loads their stock grant 35% year 1, 30% year 2, 20% year 3 , 15% year 4. I was wondering if yearly refreshers at Asana will keep initial comp around the same level in the first year of joining?#engineering #asana

But that would mean there’s no significant comp increase right?
Well your stocks should appreciate too in that time of you company does better which will give you the boost. Also the range for a higher level will also be a more which gives you additional cushion.
