My partner has job offers from Figma and Asana. Very similar in comp. Figma has a much larger upside if the Adobe acquisition goes through. Where should he go, thoughts?
Asana
Figma
Asana feels like it's in a risky position was just basically just forced into the market by an ex FB guy
Workfront Lol I kid
I have my biases but I’d say Figma irrespective of the deal closing. Also tell your partner to ask the recruiter for revenue figures if they haven’t already. The recruiter will share them. That should help with the decision too.
Equal chances to get laid off if adobe accquires
Didn’t figma adobe close deal already?
What level and yoe?

Why is our country owned by Israel? I don't want my tax dollars fund genocide. How can we stop this nonsense?
Not answering it unless your partner (which is you) shares the offer details.
He’s just not on blind. TC for Asana about 360k, Figma (assuming adobe doesn’t happen): 350k. If it does happen it’s closer to 650k
How can’t your partner choose based on this info? I mean how on earth is this a dilemma? Figma offers based on 10B valuation?
