Asana vs Microsoft name brand

As a new grad, if I were to go to either one and look to hop after a few years, which would be better? Based on resume value/interviewing opportunities, and just general career growth. Would appreciate any insights!

That is BS, no way Google is ahead of OpenAI in the real world.

No one in the real world knows OpenAI. ChatGPT, sure. But normal people outside Silicon Valley don’t know OpenAI.

Asana. They are much smaller and have been more selective in choosing talent. Not sure if something changed since IPO, but likely still not as mediocre as Microsoft. Obviously, MS has some amazing people, but you will need to be much more successful there to be positively compared to Asana.

Asana bar is much higher compared to Microsoft. HMs, at least at top paying companies, know this already. Also, you are likely to earn much more money, too, alongside refreshers. Career growth is team and org dependent. Regardless of the company, if you are working on a new project or area, the career growth chances are much much higher. Same otherwise.
