Hi All, I have offers from Google (L4), Facebook(IC4), Apple (ICT4) all in London. I am awaiting exact compensation details. Which company is better for growth and good WLB? Current role: sde2 in Amazon Alexa Yoe: 8 years Current location: London Update: I got compensation numbers from all. Google Base : 85 GBP Equity: 200 K $ ( front loaded 33% in first two years and 22 , 12% in last 2 years) Bonus : 15% Joining bonus: 10K Facebook Base: 87K GBP Equity: 250K $ (equal distribution for 4 years) Bonus: 10% Joining bonus: 30K Apple Base: 105K GBP Equity: 250K $ ( equal distribution in 4 years) Bonus: 5-10% Joining Bonus: 20K Apple offer seems good in comparison to Google and Facebook. But I have heard that it is hard to switch teams if needed and there is no cross org communication.. Update: Fb revised their compensation and it is almost same as Apple now. However Apple is not going to increase compensation further.
How was the Apple interview and whatβs the offer?
