Assume 10 days / sprint. 2 points per day. So at max, a developer can do 20 points / sprint. But there are other random stuff. Meetings, email, unknown issue fix, code reviews, KTs. Given all that, what is a reasonable amount of point a developer can plan for. This is highly dependent on the team. But a team which plans for 20 is hell. A team which plans for 2 is probably doing nothing. What's a reasonable middle ground?

Uh oh: President Trump leads Biden 49% to 43% in a two-way race.
Depends on the level but generally new grads should probably be at 80%, mid level probably down to 70% and then as you get more senior would get progressively lower as you get more work outside sprint work
