“At Will” Employment with Pinterest
I have an offer from Pinterest for SWE Intern, however it says at will employment. should i be scared of being fired for no reasons ? is there anything i should be aware of about “At Will Employment”
yeah, you can be fired without any reason at any time. 100% of employees in US are at will employment, except CEO's I guess.
this is untrue. it depends on the state.
It has been at will for the all companies I worked at, nothing to worry about.

At will goes both ways, you can quit at any time for any reason.
Haven’t seen any interns at Pinterest getting fired for performance reasons. Don’t think too much and as someone said it’s pretty the much the same at every company
