At last gor my receipts (filed 10/28). Filed for I-140 PP at my employer cost. Will be eligible to change jobs under AC21 in May! Yahoo!
What's in May? You expect to get EAD approved by May?
I hope so. But mostly becase my I485 will be pending for 180 dats and cannot be revoked

Ah lucky you man. I am ROW also and can file both I-140+I-485. Still waiting on PERM approval (priority date in August). Should be coming next month. I am exhausted and need some good news. If audit happens not sure what to do with myself

I think last email they sent they said analyst review. And from what it seems they are now processing those that applied in July. Crossing my fingers. Did your manager pay for premium for I140?
Was your PP request accepted? Majority of the PP requests are getting denied.
Is Amazon willing to do PP right away ? Somehow Google's BAL attorneys are taking 6+ weeks to upgrade to PP.

Anyone knows if h1b transfer can be kicked off before 180 days? So when 180 arrives, can jump immediately?
H1B transfer can be done in 2 weeks in premium processing. However if you move before 180 days of aos filing, EB3 downgrade gets scrapped. Even post 180 days you don’t have I140 then your portability is at risk of I140 is not approved.
@sling - thanks for sharing your knowledge. So the fundamental requirement is to get the new (EB3 downgrade) I-140 approved and wait for 180 days even if EAD doesn't arrive by that time.
