Meta TC is 450K, about half of that being stock. Say same-ish eng level (E5) and work location of NY. Not Citadel Seurities but vanilla Citadel btw. One way I'm thinking about this: If 50~60hr work week is the norm at Citadel and 40~50 at Meta, a 20% difference, then 30%+ would result in a signficant increase (per hour) And then there are factors like refreshers and stock value at Meta, variability of bonuses at Citadel, career growth potential, eng culture, etc. Hoping I could distill the general consensus down to the measure of TC % increase. #swe #citadel #hft #bigtech #google #meta
