I wouldn't suggest p4 downlevel at 6 yoe
P5 at Atlassian is very broad. I heard it’s really tough to get into P5 in this market.
P4 is got by 2+ yrs easily.. For 5+ yoe, p5 is ideal.
Offer is top notch for the current market imo. Back in 2021-22 I've seen RSUs go upto 160k max, many folks got 140-150k. Base is solid, 47 is max afaik. I'm talking purely from comp for P4 pov. Whether it's the right level for you is a different discussion. Btw OP do you work primarily on frontend ? Those are the only openings I found for P4 when I was looking.
