There seems to be a lot of people at Atlassian in Seattle. Does Atlassian have Seattle office or peeps WFH. They don’t have one planned for seattle. Wrt team anywhere or remote first company I would say it’s pretty similar to how we were during the 6th month to 12th month of lockdowns ( well oiled machine). Everyone appreciates your time outside of work and they don’t expect you to work long hours
