Sounds like an average offer TBH. Definitely not at higher end. Atlassian has also become more stressful from what I have heard.

Someone from Atlassian can chime in, but I've heard that the culture took a major Amazon-esque downturn the last few years. The awesome place I was looking into joining like 4 years ago when I applied there no longer exists.

I wouldn't join. The impression I have is people are "fake nice" if that makes sense... at least in that one specific org I interviewed

I would say take the offer. Yes, there have been some cultural changes but it is not as bad as some people portray it.

Not at all. It is much better than both Amazon and Meta and most other tech companies. People here were used to a very chill culture. The culture is still much nicer comparatively but not the same as 3 years ago.
