Atlassian

Atlassian benefits, perks, WLB, pay, churn, etc. I have seen Grade A reviews for everything but of course you have the trickling bad grades here and there What do the people think though? I may or may not applying for the sales team soon #tech #atlassian

Looking to join soon as well. Was attracted to their culture and WLB but heard the comp was lacking a bit compared to market.

Knotch stone21 OP Feb 28, 2022

I have heard a few things. Pay is competitive, pay is less than FAANG, “it’s like Microsoft but not google”, depends on team, etc.

Rally Health coolOrange Feb 28, 2022

From what I've seen it's better the MS with better refreshers so maybe just a better MS? no clue

Amazon Onizuka Feb 28, 2022

Recently joined atlassian. Sharing my exp: Pay: Competitive but not at the level of FAANG(if you look at p90) WLB and culture: Exactly as per the image in the industry. Over 4 months here and can confirm both are really good. Perks: Decent. You get fitness budget, free food in offices, internet, mobile reimbursement, heathcare insurances which is really good. Microsoft is a huge corp but based on discussions with my peers working in microsoft i would say atlassian>>microsoft in comp and wlb

Note: comments for pay are for sde profile.

Atlassian JIFFY_PIP Mar 3, 2022

Yes you can apply for multiple teams. I am not sure about cooling period, they should inform you if that becomes relevant.

I finished interviewing Thursday, and they let me know everything was positive. Still waiting to hear back, how long does it take to hear good news? Do they email or call?

Atlassian JIFFY_PIP Mar 19, 2022

They will call and give feedback. I got my offer the very next day but it’s not always that fast.

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. nChE23 Mar 19, 2022

I’m hoping because it was a Thursday? Maybe wait till Monday?

I too am eagerly hoping to hear back about my screener on Wednesday. I think they have a large influx of candidates so might need to wait longer than usual?

Still no response. Ahhh starting to get nervous that they’ll defer the rejection, where as approvals they’d move faster with

Atlassian JIFFY_PIP Apr 1, 2022

It took several days for me to hear back on my screen. Give them a week before you start to panic.
