Atlassian benefits, perks, WLB, pay, churn, etc. I have seen Grade A reviews for everything but of course you have the trickling bad grades here and there What do the people think though? I may or may not applying for the sales team soon #tech #atlassian
Recently joined atlassian. Sharing my exp: Pay: Competitive but not at the level of FAANG(if you look at p90) WLB and culture: Exactly as per the image in the industry. Over 4 months here and can confirm both are really good. Perks: Decent. You get fitness budget, free food in offices, internet, mobile reimbursement, heathcare insurances which is really good. Microsoft is a huge corp but based on discussions with my peers working in microsoft i would say atlassian>>microsoft in comp and wlb
I’m new so I can’t say too much but DM for referral.

Need a referral. Trying to dm but it's giving an error
I finished interviewing Thursday, and they let me know everything was positive. Still waiting to hear back, how long does it take to hear good news? Do they email or call?
They will call and give feedback. I got my offer the very next day but it’s not always that fast.
I’m hoping because it was a Thursday? Maybe wait till Monday?
I finished onsite this Tues and have followed up with Recruiter but got no response.. its been more than 48 hours… do they call or email irrespective of whether it’s positive or negative?
I too am eagerly hoping to hear back about my screener on Wednesday. I think they have a large influx of candidates so might need to wait longer than usual?
Which position you are being interviewed for?
P5 / P6
Still no response. Ahhh starting to get nervous that they’ll defer the rejection, where as approvals they’d move faster with
It took several days for me to hear back on my screen. Give them a week before you start to panic.
Hey jiffy pip would you mind sharing your experience with Atlassian so far? Curious of some examples on culture and WLb, and the types of projects there are
OP what's your YOE
Looking to join soon as well. Was attracted to their culture and WLB but heard the comp was lacking a bit compared to market.
I have heard a few things. Pay is competitive, pay is less than FAANG, “it’s like Microsoft but not google”, depends on team, etc.
From what I've seen it's better the MS with better refreshers so maybe just a better MS? no clue
