Hi, I received following offers from Atlassian (P5) and PhonePe (yet to clarify position). I need help deciding between them. Atlassian: Basic: 52: Joining: 6 RSU: 40 L per year($220K/4) TC: 98 PhonePe: Basic: 75 JB: 2 ESOPS: 36L per year($200K/4) TC: 113 Current TC: 46L YOE: 14 I didn't find good information on PhonePe culture, wlb & work, any comment on these will help. As per google, PhonePe may go IPO by 2023 but we never know. Thank you for the help. Update: phonepe position: Software Architect #PhonePe #atlassian #offer
I work at phonepe. You can dm me
Thank you, will dm you.
Hi sannata Can you please DM me i have questions related to Phonepe. I have run out of DMs for this month. Please help out.
Poll is suggesting Atlassian, any comment on reasons? Atlassian base pay is way less then phonepe and if phonepe goes IPO by 2023, it may be worth waiting? Also, with some more research and help from Blind I understand Atlassian has really good culture & wlb but phonePpe is also comparable, is it right observation? Agree with earlier comment, Atlassian is better established.
Kind of your decision as well. Atlassian is good WLB and on top of it working there for a few years will open up more opportunities than phonePe. And having 14 years, i think you don't want chaos in your life.
Atlassian stock is 🚀, you can assumer double the value of stocks in 2 years
Lol
Check the P/E of Atlassian. This is one of the stocks that will tank when fed rates will increase. Go for phonepe --- they are in a market-leading position.
I don’t see any evidence of this. Do you have a link to a source?
Hello @woah13
Atlassian stocks are wayy overvalued, 252 p/e. Industry average is 40
Atlassian has high PE because it demands it. Most people talking about PE doesn’t know it is most bullshit criteria to judge if stock is overvalued. Amazon had 300 PE in 2017 and it still went up
Atlassian growth yoy is that much. Its a growth stock and volatile.
When interest rates rise , growth stocks will keep losing money because there are safer investments with guaranteed returns
Hey can someone from atlassian explains, some people have title as staff software engineer in atlassian, but there is no such title mentioned in openings as well as levels.fyi
