I have fortunately received offers from Atlassian and SoFi for the summer and i was hoping I could get some insight from you guys on my decision. Internship money doesnt matter too much but here are the logistics: Atlassian - san fran, CA (53/hr, only $3000 housing stipend) - can i request for more housing stipend at all? SoFi - san fran, CA (50/hr, $5000 stipend) I care about career growth, resume strength for new grad recruiting next year, new grad salary (both have high conversion rate) if i am to return which i say is likely, and work life. Some say atlassian has less competitive pay but on levels, fyi i see salaries ranging from $180k-$220k for new grad. I feel like thats pretty comparable to FANG no? i also know SoFi has a low blind rating but ive also heard things got better when they got a new ceo and the pay seems to be very competitive esp for new grad $190k+ Could anyone give some help on choosing and some insight if you know anything or have worked for either of these companies? Thanks!
I donât recommend negotiating internship offers
I donât think atlassian will negotiate with interns and new grads
