Atlassian is hiring aggressively even in this market, as seems they have no debt and good cash reserve. But what is driving at atlassian to keep hiring ? are they building any new product or expanding tech charter for existing ones. Unlike other volatile tech giant, Atlassian revenue seems to be under good trajectory, given they offer low cost product to big tech, so not truly an ideal cost to cut down any time. #Atlassian #Hiring Tc:410k
Yeah I think they have a good moat in that their products are really deeply embedded in most companies processes. I’m sure the cost of migrating huge amounts of pages on a company Confluence to a new platform is not really worth it to most companies. If you do then you’ll lose integration with Jira, etc… With that said, I just got a rejection email from Atlassian a couple hours ago and I am sad.
Plenty of fishes in the sea bud.
What level? Had you gone through all rounds before getting the rejection?
Good WLB but they pay absolute peanuts.
