Honestly Bezos has been a good steward of The Washington Post. Curious as what he does since this is basically a pet project for him, I mean does WP need to make profit if it can break even and avoid layoffs? I guess we’ll find out
It’s been profitable since he’s owned it. It’s about increasing margins. Layoffs are focused on the less popular columns and reporters. Eng has had none.
