Aurora RSU or Stock Option
Two questions for those who work for #aurora (self-driving company) (1) Does #aurora grant RSU or Stock Option? Levels.fyi says stock option, but I am wondering if this information is outdated (pre-IPO) or not... (2) I'm also curious if they have RSU (or SO) refresher* or they won't grant stock after the initial sign-up. *refresher is different from the annual vesting of the stocks initially granted through the offer letter. I want to know if Aurora ever grant its stock after I start working at the company, as a part of compensation. (or at the time of promotion) #

Thank you very much! Do you also receive RSU refresher annually? Or you need to wait for the next promotion timing to get additional stock?
It sounds like we’re getting refreshers this year (emphasis on sounds like). But it’s unclear to me if that’s true for years to follow. Edit: I work at aurora
