Don't you guys have a lot tesla millionaires already

Heard lock-up period is 4 years? https://www.benzinga.com/money/aurora-innovation-inc-aur-stock/ Finally, you should be aware that the lock-up period for AUR stock is 4 years. Usually, the stand for an IPO stock is 180 days, signaling to investors that AUR is not a get-rich-quick scheme.
For employees still 180
Ah ok. Curious what’s the implied valuation multiplier compared with last round funding?
How are you guys gonna keep up with the public market without a single product on the road?
We’re currently pulling commercial loads for FedEx.
Well, private investment is still coming in for the top self driving companies - see recent rounds from Waymo and Nuro. I think of this as a way to let the public participate. If you think self driving trucks are going to be a thing in the next 5y, Aurora is a pretty strong contender and the upside is high. For Aurora, it is a way to attract talent by offering liquidity.
It was so disappointing that even though valuation increased a lot but stock value stayed the same in last year or two. Can’t wrap my head around it. Must be crazy dilution.
Really? I thought it must’ve gone up a lot. Was this only something you guys noticed this week when it went live?
I could be misremembering but wasn’t the FMV just like $7.95 before the ATG acquisition? It then went to like 18-something, and then 21 when going public?
This aged well
-50%
😭now my TC is only 750k
When does lockup end? How do you check?
Tusimple is also public
